The Tokaj-Hegyalja wine region is filled to the brim with gastronomic wonders waiting to be discovered. Other than the world famous wine produced in these hills, people can enjoy artisan products, such as jams, cheeses, homemade honey, craft beers or locally distilled gin. We, at Mercure, dedicated time and attention to finding these goods and delivering them to our guests, introducing them to a new dimensions of taste. Our selection changes season to season, in order to always prepare premium quality meals for our guests, made from the freshest ingredients.
Being one of the largest wine regions in Hungary, Tokaj-Hegyalja is made up of 27 settlements. When designing our wine selection, we intended to take our guests for a figurative tour around these towns and villages, allowing them to tastes the finest wines from all over the region. Our wine selection is constantly evolving and extending, so that we can surprise our returning guests with new favors, each time they visit us.
